This weekend we were able to spend time with my family. My nephew Brody turned one year old! My sister Kris came up with her three kids, Jacob (7), Emma (5) and Peter (10 months). It is always fun for Brack and I to play with our neices and nephews. They all love Bracken to death and think he is just a big jungle gym. My sister actually came up to spend the night at my parents on Friday so we went over for pizza and a movie with the kids. We watched ENCHANTED! What a cute movie! We really liked it and of course Emma loved every second of it. The next morning was Brody's party. I just can't believe he is one! We had lunch, opened presents and ate cake! Brody is always fun to be around. All in all we had a fun family weekend. Later on Saturday we went to Brack's parents house and he played a little basketball with his brothers. I didn't take pictures but I should have. They always have fun playing basketball, it's one of my favorite things to watch.

We also had a nice Easter Sunday. The Easter bunny didn't come to our house because as Brack put it "we had a pre-game Easter." We got a little excited about the Easter candy being out and bought it and ate it a little early. Sunday our good friends Blake and Liz Bentley blessed their cute little boy Andrew. We are so grateful that they invited us to be there on that special day for them. He is such a cute baby!!! And to finish off Easter we went to my parents for a nice Easter dinner. Such a good day! We are loving this warm weather and don't want it to change!

Happy Birthday Jacee!

Another happy birthday wish needs to go out today! My cute sister-in-law Jacee has her birthday today! We just want to tell you Happy Birthday! We miss you! We hope you have a wonderful day and that "all of your wildest dreams will come true!" We love you!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Ok so I'm one day late but i just wanted to tell my mom Happy Birthday! She is a great mother, a great grandmother, a hard worker, she loves the Lord and always puts her family first in her life. Thank you for all that you have done for us, we are truly very grateful for you! You are such a beautiful person on the inside and out. And just like my sister Natalie said, I also just hope I can be as good of a mother as you have been to me! I hope you know how loved you are! I love you!

How long have you been together? Started dating in 2004 and got married 2005.
How long did you date? We dated for 4 months and were engaged for 4 months.
Who eats more? Bracken although if it's chocolate I eat more. But all together Bracken eats more!
Who said I love you first? I hate this...but I did. It kind of slipped. He was mad because he had been waiting to say it and I totally ruined it.
Who is taller? Bracken, by 14 whole inches!
Who has more speeding tickets? We both only have 1. Bracken is the only one that has gotten one since we've been together though ;)
Who is smarter? Bracken says I am. I am probably more book smart but he can learn and do anything he wants to.
Who is more sensitive? Definetly me!
Who does the laundry? Me, I do it all!
Who does the dishes? Lately, Bracken! It's been wonderful! He always cleans up after dinner, I love it!
Who sleeps on the right? If you are standing and looking at the bed it is me. I have this weird thing where Bracken has to lay closest to the door so if we sleep somewhere else we will trade sides so he is closest to the door.
Who pays the bills? Me! I'm not sure Brack knows all the bills we have.
Who mows the lawn? Well right now we don't have to mow our own lawn. (HOA) But I hate mowing the lawn and Brack knows that so I will probably never do it!
Who cooks dinner? I do!
Who drives when you are together?Brack does, I don't like to drive very much and he is a better driver.
Who is more stubborn? Truthfully I don't know.
Who kissed whom first? Bracken kissed me!
Who asked who out first? Bracken asked me out. He had been texting me for almost a month so it took him awhile to get the guts.
Who proposed? Brack did :) He did a great job!
Who has more siblings? I do. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Brack just has 2 brothers.

Ok so here's the deal. My cousin Haylee is a GREAT photographer and she is trying to find "the new face to Haylee Bean photography". So my sister has put my cute little niece Emma Kate in the contest. She's 5 years old and her personality makes her even cuter. So we need everyone's help!! It's really really easy. 6 Habits or Facts About Me!

I've been tagged! The rules of the game should be posted at the beginning of the post. Each player lists 6 facts/habits about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 6 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comments, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

1- For some reason I can't function with my kitchen dirty. I don't know why but when my kitchen is a mess I can't relax, cook, or anything. Even with the two of us I have to clean it daily. It's actually sometimes is an annoying thing that I can't do anything until it's clean.

2- Along the lines of cleaning I'm weird about cleaning little crevices. I'll take a pin and clean my cell phone, or little crevices in appliances or something. I can spend more time doing that then cleaning the rest of my house.

3- Most people know that I love to talk. I talk a lot and sometimes I talk too fast. Truthfully in a speech class in high school the only thing the teacher told me to do was SLOW down and I'd pass the class. Sometimes I start talking and start talking too fast and mixing my words. According to my in laws I speak "JU". So technically I have my own language!!

4- I absolutely love reality shows. I have a nice husband who watchs them with me too!!! I love The Hills, American Idol, The Bachelor, and so much more!

5- What I consider one of the best snacks in the world seems weird to others. I love the regular stuff like ice cream, cookies, brownies etc. But most of all I think the best snack/treat truly is a bag of Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips and a Diet Coke. I think I got this obsession the many nights I spent up in high school writing last minute papers or studying for tests. Mmmm...I love it. (Needless to say I never have Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips in my house.)

6- I can't believe how hard this has been for me to come up with 6 facts or habits about myself. I guess I don't feel like there isn't anything that people know about me or something. So for my final thing I guess that it would be that I am a total picker! I pick my nails, my hair, my face, my skin, everything. I even try to pick Bracken and my dog Harley but they won't let me :( It's sort of a gross habit sometimes but it's what I do!
